Order

✺ Can I update or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations or updates due to the nature of our business.

However, you can request a cancellation or update within 24 hours of your purchase during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm EST).

Updates include the following:

  • Cancel Order
  • Address Change
  • Quantity Update

To cancel or update an existing order, simply email us at azshestudio@gmail.com.

If inaccurate information has been provided with your order and we are unable to modify it, the package will be returned to our warehouse and a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

✺ What is your return + exchange policy?

All sales are final.

If a product is faulty upon delivery, please reach out to us by sending an email to azshestudio@gmail.com and we'd be happy to help!

✺ How can I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number within 1-5 business days.

This email will inform you that your order is on its way. If you do not receive this email, please check your “promotions” or “spam” folder, as it may sometimes end up there.

✺ What payment methods do you accept?

At the checkout, you will find a list of all available payment methods.

You can choose to pay using PayPal, credit or debit cards, including Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and others.

Please note that, at this time, we do not accept payment in cryptocurrency.
